    Led the North American recruiting team through a period of process improvement and resource realignment. Extensive reconfiguration of global implementation of Jobvite. Led projects to integrate Jobvite with Workday HRIS and Okta SSO, in partnership with IT, HR, and systems integrator. Initiated and advised project to revamp the careers website, including implementation of Jobvite Brand mobile apply module. Documented process changes. Recruited for Director of Talent Acquisition.

    Advise the Head of Recruiting. Recruiting Dashboard. Jobvite Re-configuration and Training.

    Developed reports using Jobvite's new BI analytics platform. Partnered with internal IT data warehouse team to develop robust reports using GoodData BI platform. Implemented the offer request, approval, and letter generation process for global utilization. Provided improvement guidance for the employee referral program and headcount tracking with FP&A. Assessed recruitment technology vendors.

    Recruit and Manage Technical Recruiters. Jobvite Re-configuration and Training.

    Recruited and managed senior contract technical recruiters for IT and software development openings. Provide recruitment operations guidance. Delivered Jobvite training sessions to the recruiting team in San Francisco and to employees in the Florida office. Re-configured Jobvite to meet new process and reporting needs.

Lead the implementation of Jobvite, including coordination with overseas corporate website development team. Delivered extensive Jobvite training sessions to the recruiting team, hiring managers, and all U.S. employees. Designed employee referrals program overhaul based on established best practices.

    Serve as the Head of Recruiting. Implement Jobvite. Build Recruiting Team.

    Built the company's first in-house recruiting function, including growing the recruiting team. Led the implementation and training of Jobvite. Reported weekly progress to the executive team.

    Mason Wong

    Principal

    For over 20 years, Mason founded and led technical recruiting teams throughout San Francisco and Silicon Valley. He served as the first dedicated head of recruiting for Advent Software, Moovweb, GREE International / OpenFeint, Model N, and EVault / i365 A Seagate Company.

     

    Previously, Mason founded University Recruiting, Inc., a provider of nationwide college recruitment services to high tech employers. He earned his bachelor's degree in mathematics from the University of California at Berkeley.
